Payments
A 25% advance confirms a seat. The balance is due 21 days before departure. Prices are per person on twin sharing and exclude 5% GST unless stated otherwise on the trip page.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel more than 30 days before departure for a full refund minus the advance. Between 30 and 15 days, 50% of the trip value is refunded. Inside 15 days no refund applies, though we will try to transfer your seat to another traveller.
Changes by AeroFinity
If we cancel a departure you may take a full refund or move to any other departure within 12 months. Routes may change on the ground for weather, road or safety reasons at no extra cost to you.
Privacy
We collect only the details you send us — name, phone, email, travel dates and trip preferences — and use them to plan and service your trip. We never sell your data. Write to us to have your details deleted.
Liability & insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and mandatory on high-altitude and international trips. AeroFinity is not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including weather, strikes and government restrictions.
