Booking & payment
- How do I confirm a seat?
- A 25% advance confirms your seat. The balance is due 21 days before departure.
- Do you take EMI or split payments?
- Yes — we can split the balance into two instalments before the 21-day cutoff.
- Is GST extra?
- 5% GST applies on package value and is shown before you pay.
On the trip
- How big are the groups?
- Fourteen travellers maximum, usually eight to twelve.
- Can I get a room to myself?
- Yes, single occupancy is quoted on every trip page.
- Are flights included?
- Only where a trip page says so. Most trips start at the arrival city.
Changes & cancellations
- What if I cancel?
- Full refund minus advance up to 30 days out; 50% between 30 and 15 days; no refund inside 15 days.
- What if AeroFinity cancels?
- You choose a full refund or a transfer to any other departure within 12 months.
- What about weather or road closures?
- We reroute on the ground at no extra cost wherever it is safely possible.
